CIGNA Project
2001 - 2004

This letter of recommendation is for Suzanne Aulisio.  Suzanne has worked for TAC Worldwide as a Contract Consultant to Cigna in Hartford, CT.  She worked on various projects from 2001 through 2004 as an Instructional Designer.   These projects included development of topics such as Claims, Underwriting, New Hire, Diversity, HMO, HIPAA, Pharmacy, Sales, Cost Control, Dental, Billing, Career Planning, and many others.

Since the beginning of Suzanne’s employment, she has shown a great deal of pride in her work.  She has proven the ability to work on multiple projects at once while meeting tight deadline schedules.  She strives to produce the highest quality of work either on time or ahead of schedule.  Her creative approaches to training as well as her client-focus have truly been an asset.  Both TAC Worldwide and Cigna have been extremely pleased with the work Suzanne has performed.

It is the recommendation of TAC Worldwide that Suzanne would be a great asset to any company.

Sincerely,
Patrick McNamara

Salomon Smith Barney Project
2000 - 2001

This letter of recommendation is on behalf of Suzanne Aulisio.  Suzanne came to work at Salomon Smith Barney as a consultant on May 31, 2000.  She came in to support our Equity Research division in training and deployment of its note authoring system.  As the group’s lead trainer I was directed to train approximately 300 users in the United States on this new application within a  three week time frame. Training required classroom instruction as well as one-on-one desk visits with the users.  Support required knowledge at level II.  With Suzanne’s help this project was a great success.

Most recently, Suzanne has held many roles and responsibilities within our division.  She has created a communications portal between the developers and application support personnel.  Her drive to better the division has resulted in taking it upon herself to put together a team of experts (including herself) to create a web site for the applications support group.  She has created test scripts and conducted testing on numerous applications.  Also, she has been an integral part of  recruiting and interviewing within our division.

Since knowing Suzanne, she has exhibited a great eye for detail, shows initiative, and has proven to us that she is extremely talented with the handling of numerous tasks.   She has been very punctual and has offered, on her own, to stay late to finish projects ahead of schedule.  Her ability to grasp new concepts quickly and completely has truly been a benefit to us.  Suzanne would be a great asset to any company.

Sincerely,
Toni S. Byrd
Assistant Vice President
